Did your management classes help you in real market? I heard that whatever we learn in 2 years is taught in 2 weeks. SO WHY SO MUCH THEORIES?

It definitely did. We probably found what we are and how to utilize our energy, especially. I can talk on the way HR was taught. If it was not excellent then it was better then the way it is taught in other colleges.
I have applied so many things which i had thought of while in the school of management.
Bottomline is that how u react !!

I learned to learn fast and thats the biggest lesson I learned in AIMK/NIMC, which is applicable everywhere.

Few things that really helped
1) You will become 24x7 students after passing out from a 8x5 course.

Parameters gets change as you enter into dynamic market environment and so the learning in classroom take back stage and instincts start working.
