| Everyone including IIMs are calling Lalu but is Lalu responsible the work done? The credit should go to the bureaucrats and management heads who might be doing a background job. |

As one of the Harward students commented
"I wish he had not taken the credit for everything".
I think the work has been done by people down the ranks, however that authority was delegated from the top which had never happened earlier.
Try getting out of a railway station without a rail/ platform ticket, chances are you will get caught.
This wasnt the scene earlier.
Hence its a yes. |
